SHADES OF GRAY

Like millions before me, I am reading E.L. James, "Fifty Shades of Grey".  I shall decline comment on this nasty, nasty book of guilty pleasure. (Guilty pleasure for the C-H-A-R-A-C-T-E-R-S, not me! But, YOWSER!, it made this chick blush.)

Today my post is an ode to the magic of the many shades of gray.

I'm wating to hear if any of you have read "Fifty Shades of Grey" and your reactions.

Later,
Linda

  1. When Frank & I were first married, we painted our living room grey. We thought we were so hip and with it. Haven't read the book.

  2. Connie, you were before your time with the gray! I'll pass the book on to you if you enjoy what has been hailed as "MommyPorn". I've certainly been enlightened!

    1. I have the other 2 books and can't wait to read them. (My DIL is also reading the series...can you say inappropriate conversations?!!) I love gray too. My current fav is Imperial Grey with white trim.

  4. Love all the beautiful shades of gray! I painted my dining room gray five years ago when we first moved in. I loved it so much that I have been painting other rooms in my home gray as well. I like how pretty much every other color looks great with it. I haven't read the book. :-)

    1. Yes, gray is such a great complement to other colors. I love that you can completely change the look of a room (especially seasonally) with other accent colors. What shade of gray do you prefer. If you like a quick read that is difficult to put down but a tad raunchy you'd love the book!
